A joint project for Amot and Denisra International Ltd. (each party's share is 50%) for the construction of a third office building above an existing commercial floor in the Amot Park Afek complex in Rosh Ha'Ayin.
The complex is jointly owned by both parties and will join the existing Park Afek complex which houses numerous leading companies.
The building will include six floors above the ground floor that operates a bustling commercial complex. The building spreads over a total area of 9,000 sqm and includes a parking lot serving the entire complex.
Total project investment is estimated at NIS 65 million (Amot Investment's share is 50%).
