After winning a tender for a plot of land in a combination deal with the Holon Municipality, Amot is planning to build an office building in the city.

The Amot Holon project will be built on a plot of land at the corner of Hamelacha Street and Jerusalem Boulevard in Holon`s new business center, adjacent to Highways 4 and 44.

The project design includes a unique building design, showcasing open, large and exceptionally high floor space, aiming to meet market and high-tech companies` needs, as well as various design styles, while preserving space distribution, customary in leading projects around the globe.

The project will include 40,000 square meters of office space and 11-dunam park.

The project is designed by the architect Prof. Moshe Tzur and the interior designer, Oded Halaf.
