Amot Modi'in Logistics Center

As part of a tender published by the Israel Land Authority, Amot Investments won a 34-dunam plot of land in Modi'in`s Northern Industrial Zone; Later on, Shufersal Real Estate has joined as a partner (25%). The project includes a logistics center with an area of 43,000 sqm, and an office building with an area of 9,500 sqm. The Logistics Center is fully leased to Shufersal for 15 years, with an option to extend the lease. The robotic logistics center will support Shufersal's E-com operations. The expected investment is NIS 420 million (Amot's share is 75%, Shufersal's share is 25%). The Logistics Center is in post-construction stages (mainly the automation constructor), while the Office Building is in early post-construction stages.
