After winning a tender for a plot of land in a combination deal with the Holon Municipality, Amot is building an office building in the city. The Amot Holon project will be built on a plot of land at the corner of Hamelacha Street and Jerusalem Boulevard in Holon`s new business center, adjacent to Highways 4 and 44.
The building is showcasing open, large and exceptionally high floor space, aiming to meet market and high-tech companies' needs, as well as various design styles, while preserving space distribution, customary in leading projects around the globe. The project includes 60,000 sqm of office space which are spread over a 11-dunam plot.

The project is designed by the architect Prof. Moshe Tzur, while the architect Oded Halaf oversees the interior design.

"ToHa" is a joint project of Amot Investments Ltd. (50%) and Gav-Yam Ltd. (50%). The first project phase was completed in 2018 - a spectacular building with a total area of 55,000 sqm in a 26-story building, with a roof floor that offers restaurants, a promenade and a garden. The building's unique shape which resembles an iceberg is a creation of the designer and architect Ron Arad. The large 17-dunam area surrounding the building is designed as a green park, offering building tenants well-groomed gardens, trees and leisure corners.

Currently, underground parking is constructed for phase B of the project, a particularly high building with 143,000 sqm of office space over 75 stories.
