The Amot ATRIUM Tower is located in the Diamond Exchange Complex, on Jabotinsky Street adjacent to the Ayalon Highway.
The Tower is 40-stories high, with a total area of 57,000 sqm.
Its central location provides good accessibility and excellent visibility. The tower is located near the Israel Railway Station, with a bridge connecting the tower to the station. A light railway station is built next to the tower, accessed by many bus lines.
The Tower was designed by the architect Prof. Moshe Tzur; the public spaces were designed by the architect Oded Halaf.
A typical floor space is 1,500 square meters; the top five stories are larger, 1,800 square meters each. The lobby is accessible with systems for the blind and visually impaired.
The tower has glass elevators that overlook the Stock Exchange Complex in Ramat Gan. The total area built in the tower is 74,000 sqm, including an eight-story parking lot at a depth of about 30 meters.
Upon its completion at the end of 2015, the Tower was recognized for its uniqueness. It was built to the highest standards in Israel and was the first building in Israel to be awarded the highest international certification for green building, LEED PLATINUM.
The tower lobby is handicap accessible and includes systems for the blind and the visually impaired, STEP HEAR + RIGHT HEAR.
